Eligibility

Who may submit?

  • At least one author must be an active undergraduate or graduate student.
  • The manuscript may be written in Turkish or English.
  • Each author's contribution must be clear in co-authored work.
  • All authors must approve the final version before submission.
  • Coursework and project reports must be revised into academic article form before submission.

  • Use single line spacing throughout the main text.
  • Write the abstract in the manuscript language and keep it within 250–400 words.
  • Provide at least 5 keywords.
  • Apply APA 7 consistently to citations, references, headings, tables, and figures.
  • Submissions with a similarity rate above 20% are not considered.
  • Ensure that the title, abstract, keywords, and author details are complete and accurate.

Ethics and Originality

Publication policy and author responsibility

  • Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • AI tools cannot be listed as authors.
  • Generating all or a substantial part of a manuscript with AI is not acceptable.
  • Limited technical use of AI must be disclosed, including the tool, purpose, and verification process.
  • Plagiarism, fabricated or distorted data, and misleading source use are not accepted.
  • Authors are responsible for permissions and ethical approvals for images, interviews, field data, and third-party content.
  • Published articles are available open access under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
  • The editors may request further information or documentation when authorship, ethics, originality, or rights need to be verified.

Process

What happens after submission?

  1. SubmissionThe manuscript, author details, required supporting files, and signed copyright transfer form are prepared.
  2. Editorial ScreeningThe editorial team checks scope, language, format, similarity, ethics, authorship, and documentation.
  3. Peer ReviewEligible manuscripts are sent to reviewers. Authors may be asked to revise their work.
  4. Editorial DecisionThe editor considers reviewer reports, revisions, and journal policy before reaching a decision.
  5. PublicationAccepted manuscripts are prepared for publication and released open access under CC BY 4.0.

Final check

  • I have prepared the manuscript, abstract, keywords, and any supplementary material in their final author-approved form.
  • I have checked that author names, affiliations, and other required details are complete.
  • I have included the signed copyright transfer form with the submission files.
